Applicants should submit their applications through the university's Admissions URL: https://apply.mak.ac.ug/. Upon submission, applicants must obtain a payment advice slip with a unique Payment Reference Number by clicking on the 'Pay for Form' button. The payment should then be made at any of the Banks used by the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA).

It's crucial to note that the deadline for submitting applications for undergraduate admissions is Friday, 4th August 2023.

The advertisement also strongly cautions against submitting forged or falsified academic documents. Such fraudulent actions will have serious consequences for the applicants if discovered.

Applicants are advised not to buy any documents that do not come from the Academic Registrar's Office, as using such documents poses risks.

Moreover, applicants are reminded to use the correct program names and codes during the application process. Any errors made by applicants in the system will not be the responsibility of the university.

Lastly, the Academic Registrar has not appointed any agents to solicit additional funds apart from the application fee mentioned above.
